CImage

The CImage library provides a single class that can be used to calculate the image histogram and statistics. The statistics can be calculated for single images and for the difference between two images ( flat fields for Photon Transfer Curves ). The following statistics can be calculated for each image:

• Total Pixels Count
• Minimun Pixel Count
• Maximum Pixel Count
• Mean Pixel Value
• Variance
• Standard Deviation
• Saturated Pixel Count
